Returns & Replacements
We value your trust, and we want to ensure clarity in how returns work at Plants And People.
Used Products Cannot Be Returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Video proof of the unboxing is required.
- If eligible, we'll process a replacement or refund after reviewing the evidence.
Requests without unboxing videos or made after 24 hours won’t be eligible for refunds or replacements.
Return Process
- Email us at support@plantsandpeople.in with your order ID and unboxing video.
- Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Damages caused after delivery, improper use, or negligence will not be covered.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours for a full refund.
- After 2 hours, a 30% deduction applies for prepaid orders.
- If the order is already shipped, no cancellation or refund is possible.
